On my mind this week is my lovely Chia plant. It is looking beautiful in the winter sunshine
we have been getting lately. It's such a lovely shade of lavender blue.
The bee was enjoying it too. I don't think it will be harvestable as its been too wet,
but I have enjoyed the beauty of its floral display.
