I havent posted for over a year, its hard only using my mobile phone. We came to Perth for Christmas 2019 and are still in W.A. we feel safe here. Yesterday our camping neighbour was making a red poppy for Anzac Day Remembrance. It inspired me to pull out my patterns and I made this one.
The pattern is Ings crochet ribbed poppy from 5000 poppies website, click on the link for the pattern.
I made a mistake and did dtr and Fdtr instead of tr and Ftr and it ended up 11cm across.
A video tutorial is here. I made another one using tr and ftr and it was 7cm across so i added another round and it is now 9cm across.
